Nothing is merely black-and-white. None of us are just one thing. You’re not. I'm not. Neither is any individual, or group of people.

The Black-and-white world view, which our media so often touts, is a lie. And a lazy place for jumping to dangerous conclusions. 

Thank God we have grey. 

My job, as a poet, performer, lyricist, human, is to be clear about complex things - in organisations, in business, in religion, in earnest.

There is much which can’t - and shouldn’t - be simplified. But which can be clarified...
